मोटर यान अधिनियम 1988 की धारा 210D : – राज्य सरकार की नियम बनाने की शक्ति
राज्य सरकार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों से भिन्न सड़कों के डिजाइन, संनिर्माण और अनुरक्षण के मानकों के लिए और ऐसे किसी अन्य विषय, जो राज्य सरकार द्वारा विहित किया गया है या किया जाए, के लिए नियम बना सकेगी ।
Section 210D of MV Act 1988 :- Power of State Government to make rules —
The State Government may make rules for design, construction and maintenance standards for roads other than national highways, and for any other matter which is, or may be, prescribed by the State Government.
