धारा 33 किशोर न्याय अधिनियम 2015 — . रिपोर्ट न करने का अपराध. –
यदि धारा 32 के अधीन यथा अपेक्षित किसी बालक के संबंध में कोई सूचना उक्त धारा में विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि के भीतर नहीं दी जाती है तो ऐसे कृत्य को अपराध के रूप में माना जाएगा ।
Section 33 Juvenile Justice Act 2015 — Offence of non-reporting —
If information regarding a child as required under section 32 is not given within the period specified in the said section, then, such act shall be regarded as an offence.
