धारा 32 विनिर्दिष्ट अनुतोष अधिनियम — कौन सी लिखत भागतः रद्द की जा सकेंगी —
जहाँ कोई लिखत विभिन्न अधिकारों या विभिन्न बाध्यताओं का साक्ष्य हों तो न्यायालय किसी समुचित मामले में, इसे भागतः रद्द कर सकेगा एवं अवशिष्ट के लिये इसे बना रहना मंजूर कर सकेगा ।
Section 32 Specific Relief Act — What instruments may be partially cancelled —
Where an instrument is evidence of different rights or different obligations, the court may, in a proper case, cancel it in part and allow it to stand for the residue.
