धारा 16 घरेलू हिंसा अधिनियम 2005 — कार्यवाहियों को बंद कमरे में करना–
यदि मजिस्ट्रेट समझता है कि प्रकरण की परिस्थितियाँ इस प्रकार आवश्यक करती हैं और यदि कार्यवाहियों का कोई भी पक्षकार इस प्रकार वांछा करता है तो वह इस अधिनियम के तहत् कार्यवाहियों को बंद कमरे में कर सकेगा।
Section 16 Domestic Violence Act — Proceedings to be held in camera –
If the Magistrate considers that the circumstances of the case so warrant, and if either party to the proceedings so desires, he may conduct the proceedings under this Act in camera.
