अनैतिक व्यापार अधिनियम की धारा 24 – अधिनियम का कुछ अन्य अधिनियमों का अल्पीकारक न होना-
इस अधिनियम की किसी बात का यह अर्थ नहीं लगाया जाएगा कि वह सुधार विद्यालय अधिनियम, 1897 (1897 का 8) या उक्त अधिनियम को उपांतरित करने के लिए अधिनियमित या अन्यथा रूप से किशोर अपराधियों से सम्बद्ध किसी राज्य अधिनियम के उपबन्धों का अल्पीकारक है ।
24 Immoral Traffic Act –Act not to be in derogation of certain other Acts–
Nothing in this Act shall be construed to be in derogation of the provisions of the Refermatory Schools Act, 1897 (8 of 1897), or any State Act enacted in modification of the said Act or otherwise, relating to juvenile offenders.
