धारा 15 बाल-विवाह प्रतिषेध अधिनियम – अपराधों का संज्ञेय और अजमानतीय होना-
दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) में किसी बात के होते हुए भी, इस अधिनियम के अधीन दण्डनीय अपराध संज्ञेय और अजमानतीय होगा ।
15 Prohibition of Child Marriage Act – Offences to be cognizable and non-bailable-
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), an offence punishable under this Act shall be cognizable and non-bailable.
