धारा 18 एससी एसटी एक्ट – अधिनियम के अधीन अपराध करने वाले व्यक्तियों को संहिता की धारा 438 का लागू न होना —
संहिता की धारा 438 की कोई बात इस अधिनियम के अधीन कोई अपराध करने के अभियोग पर किसी व्यक्ति की गिरफ्तारी के किसी मामले के संबंध में लागू नहीं होगी।
Section 18 SC ST Act – Section 438 of the Code not to apply to persons committing an offence under the Act–
Nothing in section 438 of the Code shall apply in relation to any case involving the arrest of any person on an accusation of having committed an offence under this Act.
