मोटर यान अधिनियम 1988 की धारा 210B : – प्रवर्तनकारी प्राधिकरण द्वारा किए गए अपराध के लिए शास्ति —
कोई प्राधिकारी जो इस अधिनियम के उपबंधों को प्रवृत्त करने के लिए सशक्त है, यदि ऐसा प्राधिकारी इस अधिनियम के अधीन कोई अपराध करता है तो वह इस अधिनियम के अधीन इस अपराध के तत्समान शास्ति के दुगना के लिए दायी होगा ।
Section 210B of MV Act 1988 :-Penalty for offence committed by an enforcing authority —
Any authority that is empowered to enforce the provisions of this Act shall, if such authority commits an offence under this Act, shall be liable for twice the penalty corresponding to that offence under this Act.
