सीआरपीसी की धारा 112 – न्यायालय में उपस्थित व्यक्ति के बारे में प्रक्रिया —
यदि वह व्यक्ति, जिसके बारे में ऐसा आदेश दिया जाता है, न्यायालय में उपस्थित है तो वह उसे पढ़कर सुनाया जाएगा या यदि वह ऐसा चाहे तो उसका सार उसे समझाया जाएगा।
112 CrPC in hindi – Procedure in respect of person present in Court–
If the person in respect of whom such order is made is present in Court, it shall be read over to him, or, if he so desires, the substance thereof shall be explained to him.
