सीआरपीसी की धारा 74 – पुलिस अधिकारी को निदिष्ट वारण्ट —
किसी पुलिस अधिकारी को निदिष्ट वारण्ट का निष्पादन किसी अन्य ऐसे पुलिस अधिकारी द्वारा भी किया जा सकता है जिसका नाम वारण्ट पर उस अधिकारी द्वारा पृष्ठांकित किया जाता है जिसे वह निदिष्ट या पृष्ठांकित है।
