सीआरपीसी की धारा 75 – वारण्ट के सार की सूचना —
पुलिस अधिकारी या अन्य व्यक्ति, जो गिरफ्तारी के वारण्ट का निष्पादन कर रहा है, उस व्यक्ति को जिसे गिरफ्तार करना है, उसका सार सूचित करेगा और यदि ऐसी अपेक्षा की जाती है तो वारण्ट उस व्यक्ति को दिखा देगा।
