सीआरपीसी की धारा 90 – इस अध्याय के उपबंधों का साधारणतया समनों और गिरफ्तारी के वारण्टों को लागू होना —
समन और वारण्ट तथा उन्हें जारी करने, उनकी तामील और उनके निष्पादन संबंधी जो उपबंध इस अध्याय में हैं वे इस संहिता के अधीन जारी किए गए प्रत्येक समन और गिरफ्तारी के प्रत्येक वारण्ट को, यथाशक्य लागू होंगे।
