मोटर यान अधिनियम 1988 की धारा 217A : – मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1939 के अधीन अनुदत्त परमिट, चालक अनुज्ञप्ति और रजिस्ट्रीकरण का नवीकरण –
धारा 217 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा उस धारा में निर्दिष्ट अधिनियमितियों के निरसन के होते हुए भी, उक्त अधिनियमितियों के अधीन जारी किए गए या अनुदत्त किसी उपयुक्तता प्रमाण-पत्र या रजिस्ट्रीकरण या अनुज्ञप्ति या परमिट को इस अधिनियम के अधीन नवीकृत किया जा सकेगा।
Section 217A of MV Act 1988 :- Renewal of permits, driving licences and registration granted under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 —
Notwithstanding the repeal by sub-section (1) of section 217 of the enactments referred to in that sub-section, any certificate of fitness or registration or licence or permit issued or granted under the said enactments may be renewed under this Act.
