सीआरपीसी की धारा 105L – इस अध्याय का लागू होना-
केंद्रीय सरकार, राजपत्र में अधिसूचना द्वारा, यह निदेश दे सकेगी कि ऐसे संविदाकारी राज्य के संबंध में, जिसके साथ व्यतिकारी व्यवस्था की गई है. इस अध्याय का लागू होना ऐसी शर्तों, अपवादों या अर्हताओं के अधीन होगा जो उक्त अधिसूचना में विनिर्दिष्ट की जाएं।
