अनैतिक व्यापार अधिनियम की धारा 22 – विचारण-
[किसी महानगर मजिस्ट्रेट या प्रथम वर्ग न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट से] अवर कोई न्यायालय धारा 3, धारा 4, धारा 5, धारा 6, धारा 7 या धारा 8 के अधीन किसी अपराध का विचारण नहीं करेगा ।
22 Immoral Traffic Act –Trials–
No court, inferior to that of 77 a Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate of the first class shall try any offence under section 3, section 4, section 5, section 6, section 7 or section 8.
